The bank has announced a total of 190 vacancies for the posts of Credit Manager and Agriculture Manager under the Middle Management Grade Scale II. The online application process has been released at punjabandsindbank.co.in from September 19, 2025, onwards. Interested candidates must submit the online application form before October 10, 2025.

The Punjab and Sind Bank has announced a total of 190 vacancies for its recruitment, with 130 for Credit Manager and 30 for Agriculture Manager. The category-wise vacancies are mentioned in the table below:

Eligibility Criteria 

Interested candidates must ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility requirements, such as the age limit, educational qualifications, and work experience in the field. Only after checking all the requirements can you apply for the exam. The details are mentioned below:

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 23 years 

• Maximum age: 35 years 

Relaxation in Upper Age Limit 

• SC/ST: 5 years 

• OBC: 3 years 

• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years 

Educational Requirements 

1. Credit Manager in MMGS II

• A candidate must have graduated in any field with a minimum of 60% marks in all semesters. It will be 55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD individuals. 

• A professional degree like CA, CMA, CFA, MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institution. 

Experience

A candidate must have at least 3 years of work experience after qualification as:

• A Branch manager 

• A credit appraiser or 

• A processor in a Scheduled commercial bank.

2. Agriculture Manager in MMGS II

• A candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Forestry/ Veterinary Science, and Agriculture Engineering from a recognized University under the Govt of India.

• The minimum percentage is 60% for all semesters and 55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD individuals. 

Experience 

• A candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the relevant field  

• As an officer in a Scheduled Commercial bank

Candidates are required to pay the application fee as per their category using online payment methods such as UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, and Net banking. The table below illustrates the application fees, including other taxes:

Steps To Apply For Punjab and Sind Bank SO Recruitment 2025

Candidates must follow the steps below to complete the application for Punjab and Sind Bank SO Recruitment 2025:

• Read the guidelines on the website for scanning your photographs, signature, thumb impression, hand-written declaration, and documents.

Selection Procedure 2025

The selection process for the Credit Manager and Agriculture Manager comprises four stages:

1. Written Test 

2. Screening

3. Personal Interview 

4. Final Merit List Preparation 

The final merit list will be prepared by adding 70% weightage to the written test, plus 30% weightage to the interview. 

Exam Pattern 2025

The exam pattern for Credit and Agriculture Managers is given below:

• There will be a total of 100 questions asked from English, General Awareness, and Professional Knowledge. 

• Each question carries 1 mark. 

• The duration of the exam is 105 minutes. 

• Minimum 40% marks in each section for Unreserved and EWS categories.

• Minimum 35% marks for reserved categories. 

Punjab and Sind Bank Salary 2025

Appointed candidates under the Punjab and Sind Bank SO Recruitment 2025 will get a starting salary of Rs. 64,820/-. After one year, it increases by 2,340. 

Important Instructions For Candidates

• Apply for the exam as soon as possible to avoid missing the registration due to a low server. 

• Candidates must keep their registered e-mail ID/mobile active for receiving advice, viz., call letters/advice, etc. 

• A medical check-up is also required. 

• Not more than one application should be submitted by a candidate. In case of multiple applications, only the last valid (completed) application will be retained, and the application fee paid for the other registrations will stand forfeited.
