Step-By-Step Application Process For IBPS RRB:
Step 1: Visit the portal. Navigate to the IBPS Homepage and select the “CRP RRBs” link under the “Left Sidebar”. Now go to CRP RRBs-XV.
Step 2: Register yourself. Register yourself by clicking the “Click here for New Registration” option and provide your name, mobile no., and email ID. The Provisional Registration Number and Password will be sent to you via SMS and Email.
Step 3: Fill the Online Application Form. Log in using the generated credentials and fill out the application form carefully, entering your personal, academic, and contact information. Choose the desired post and participating RRB banks from the list.
Step 4: Upload Digital Photographs. Upload the scanned version of your photograph, signature, Left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration according to the given dimensions and size.
Step 5: Pay the Application Fee. The application fee can be paid using online modes like Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI, and you should take a printout of the payment receipt.

As there are two posts in IBPS RRB, i.e., office assiatant/clerk and Officer Scale. Each exam has a different exam pattern.

The syllabus covers various topics, it is important to choose the right study material so that you can understand the concepts and practices a wide variety of questions as well.

For the post of Officers Scale I, candidates who will qualify in Preliminary Examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Main Examination and shortlisted candidates in the Main Examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with appropriate authority.

For the post of Officers Scale II (Generalist and Specialists) and Scale III, candidates will appear for Single Online Examination and shortlisted candidates in the Single Online Examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with appropriate authority.

For the post of Office Assistant (Multi-purpose), candidates who will qualify in Preliminary Examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Main Examination. They will be provisionally allotted on the basis of the marks obtained by them in the Main Examination and the vacancies reported by the RRBs.
On completion of the interview process / main examination, depending on the vacancies to be filled in as per the business needs of the RRBs and as reported to IBPS, candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the RRBs, based on merit-cum-preference keeping in view the spirit of Govt. For Office Assistant (Multipurpose), the final allotment will be done on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the Online Main Examination and the vacancies reported by the RRBs.
IBPS RRB Pre Exam Training
The Pre Exam Training is organized by IBPS for the candidate who belongs to SC/ST and Minority Communities. The main endeavour of the Pre Exam Training is to offer high-quality training services to enhance the ability and to improve the capability of privileged aspirants.
The training is imparted free of cost but there is no provision of giving any other expenses to the candidates such as travelling, accommodation, food, etc. These are borne by the aspirants themselves.
Pre Exam Training is a specifically crafted program by IBPS for those who cannot afford to join any private coaching due to the financial crunch.
During the training, aspirants are updated with the exam pattern, preparation tips, syllabus and expected questions related to the IBPS Bank Exam.
Pre-Exam Training is conducted five days before the date of the Preliminary Exam. Those who wish to undertake Pre Exam Training should select the pertinent choice at the time of Online Registration.
The administrative body reserves the right to withdraw the training program anytime at any of the centres as per the requirement and responses received for the training. It can add alternative arrangements to make the training smooth and easy for the aspirants.
