SSC CPO Notification 2026
The Staff Selection Commission Central Police Organisation (SSC CPO) exam is an India-wide exam conducted to recruit people for executive and security roles in law enforcement. Staff Selection Commission announced the recruitment for the SSC CPO 2026 Examination on 10th September 2026. For the present round, SSC has declared approximately 1,871 vacancies to recruit candidates for the position of Sub-Inspector (Executive) in Delhi Police, Sub-Inspector (General Duty) in CAPFs (BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, and SSB), and Sub-Inspector (Fire) in CISF.

Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university or equivalent.

Steps To Apply for the SSC CPO 2026
Step 1. Perform Complete OTR on the SSC official website. Official portal to create unique login credentials for yourself.
Step 2. For new applicants, you need to perform one-time registration by Aadhaar Authentication along with some other personal information, like mobile number and email ID, to obtain the registration number and password.
Step 3. Choose your own exam centers and verify your educational and personal details, which have been automatically populated in your registration profile
Step 4. Click the webcam option to take a photo of yourself against a plain background and upload a scanned copy of your signature in the required dimensions.
Step 5. Submit the application fee of Rs. 100 via online payment and download the final application form.
